Chargrilled Salmon, Avocado and Crunchy Sweetcorn Salad

Ingredients:

- 10 x100g cooked salmon Supremes
- 3 Avocado, ripen, peeled and diced
- 3 Tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 4 tbsp Bicks Crunchy Sweetcorn Relish
- 3 Cos lettuce, roughly chopped
- 250 grams Croutons

Method:

Break the cooked salmon into large pieces and mix with Avocadoes, tomatoes and Bicks Crunchy Sweetcorn Relish in a bowl.

Place the Cos lettuce on a plate, top with the salmon mixture and finish with the croutons.

Serve
