Ingredients:

- 40 grams Blackened Cajun Seasoning
- 300 grams
- 1 kg Whitebait
- Oil for deep frying

Method:

Mix the Schwartz Cajun Seasoning and Schwartz Yankee Fried Breader together and stir in the whitebait.

Deep fry at 190°C until golden and cooked throughout.
