Lemon and Herb Crusted Cod

Ingredients:

- 30 grams Schwartz Lemon & Herb Wings Seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 250 grams fresh white breadcrumbs
- 10x180 grams pieces of cod loin
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method:

Heat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6.

Mix together the Schwartz Lemon & Herb Wings Seasoning and the oil. Stir in the breadcrumbs and season with salt and pepper.

Put the fish on a baking sheet and spread the breadcrumb mixture over the fish. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until the flesh becomes opaque and flakes easily.
