Warm Cajun Bacon and Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

- 3 Romaine Lettuce, washed and shredded
- 3 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp Blackened Cajun Seasoning
- 500 grams bacon lardons
- 500 grams chicken breasts, fine sliced
- 100 grams parmesan, shaved

Method:

Wash and shred lettuce and place into serving bowls, heat wok and add oil.

Add chicken and lardons and sprinkle on Schwartz for Chef Blackened Cajun Seasoning. Stir fry for 4-5mins until cooked out.

Divide between bowls and top with the shavings of parmesan.
