Thai Spiced Chicken Wings with Chilli Sauce

Ingredients:

- 30 double-jointed chicken wings
- 30 grams Schwartz for Chef Thai Seasoning
- 5 tbsp oil
- Chilli Sauce

Method:

Pre-heat the oven to 190ºC / Gas Mark 5. Place the chicken wings in a roasting tin and cook for 20 minutes.

Mix the Schwartz for Chef Thai Seasoning with the oil. Baste over the chicken wings when the 20 minutes is up. Cook the wings for another 7-8 minutes or until the chicken juices run clear.

Serve with the Schwartz for Chef Chilli sauce.
