Thai Chicken and Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredients:

- 3 tbsp oil
- 1.4 kg boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 875 grams mixed stir fry vegetables
- 2 bunches spring onions, sliced
- 40 grams Schwartz Thai Seasoning
- 125 ml water

Method:

Heat the oil and fry the chicken for 6-7 minutes, until browned.

Add the vegetables, Schwartz Thai Seasoning and water. Stir fry gently for a further 4-5 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.
