Indian Chicken, Broccoli and Tomato Balti - School Meal

Ingredients:

- 800 grams tinned chopped tomatoes
- 450 grams diced onions
- 1.2 kg diced chicken or turkey
- 700 grams frozen broccoli, cooked
- 600 grams water
- 1 (sachet)

Method:

Heat the oil and fry the chicken and onion, until lightly browned.

Stir in the sachet of Schwartz for Chef Indian Curry Recipe Mix, tomatoes and water. Bring to the boil, stirring. Simmer gently for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add broccoli and cook for 10 mins. Serve with rice or potatoes.

Each portion serves 10 senior school children / adults and serves 20 junior school children.
