Hickory Smoked Wings

Ingredients:

- 2 kg double joint chicken wings
- 2 tbsp oil
- 3 tbsp
- 5 tbsp runny honey
- 1 lt water

Method:

Heat the oil in a large oven proof pan. Add the chicken wings and brown all over. Pour over the water and add the honey and Schwartz for Chef Mesquite Seasoning.

Cook for 2 minutes on the hob and transfer to the oven and cook for 20 minutes.

Serve as part of a starter platter with breaded mushrooms, garlic bread and potato skins.
