Goan Tomato Chicken

Ingredients:

- 800 grams Chicken Breast, cut to fine strips
- 2 tbsp Garlic Puree
- 4 carrots, fine shred
- 4 green peppers, sliced
- 800 grams tinned chopped tomatoes
- 2 tbsp tomato puree
- Pinch  sugar

Method:

Heat wok and add some oil, stir fry the chicken for 4 mins.

Add Schwartz for Chef Garlic Puree, carrots and peppers and stir fry for 2 mins. Add tinned tomatoes and puree and sugar.

Cook together for 2 mins and serve.
