Chinese Five Spice Rotisserie Chicken

Ingredients:

- 2 Whole Chickens
- 3 tbsp Chinese Five Spice Seasoning
- 2 tbsp Garlic Puree
- 150 ml oil

Method:

PREPARATION IN ADVANCE: Whisk together the Schwartz Chinese Five Spice, Garlic Puree and oil. Brush the chickens with the marinade.

METHOD:

Pre heat the Rotisserie, cook for 60 – 70 mins dependant on weight of birds. Baste during cooking time.

Serve with spicy dip of mayo and Schwartz Chinese Five Spice Seasoning.
