- 4x (150 grams) minute steaks
- 2x onions – sliced
- (2 tablespoons) Schwartz ® Piri Piri Seasoning
- (1 tablespoons) vegetable oil
- 4x ciabatta rolls
Procedure
- Heat the oil in a pan and cook the onions over a medium heat until soft and caramelized.
- Sprinkle the steaks with the Piri Piri seasoning and cook in a hot pan to your preference.
- Warm the ciabatta rolls before filling with the Piri Piri steak and onions
- Serve with garlic mayonnaise.
