- 4 rump steaks
- 200 g cream cheese
Procedure
- In a bowl mix together the cream cheese and Punchy Peppercorn Seasoning.
- Chargrill the steaks until cooked. Spoon the Punchy Peppercorn mix onto the top of the steaks and allow to rest before serving.
- Punchy Peppercorn cream cheese can also be served on a cheese board.
