Grilled Rump with Punchy Peppercorn Melting Top

- Punchy Peppercorn to taste
- 4 rump steaks
- 200 grams cream cheese


In a bowl mix together the cream cheese and Punchy Peppercorn Seasoning.

Chargrill the steaks until cooked. Spoon the Punchy Peppercorn mix onto the top of the steaks and allow to rest before serving.

Punchy Peppercorn cream cheese can also be served on a cheese board.
