Beef Stew with Beans and Peppers - School Meal

Ingredients:

- 1.2 kg beef, diced
- 450 grams onions diced
- 4 red peppers, sliced
- 1.2 kg chopped tinned tomatoes
- 800 grams cannellini beans
- 600 ml water
- 1 (sachet)
- 25 ml sunflower oil

Method:

Heat oil in pan and sweat off onions and beef.

Add peppers, tinned tomatoes and water and bring to the boil and simmer.

Add Schwartz for Chef Savoury Mince Recipe Mix and cannellini beans and simmer for 1 hour.

Each portion serves 10 senior school children / adults and serves 20 junior school children.
