Now you can have smoke without fire!

Schwartz for Chef has added Smoky Mesquite to the newly launched BBQ seasoning range, taking the total to four, enabling chefs to easily create a tasty BBQ menu for the forthcoming summer season.

Ingredients – Serves 10

60ml oil
10 skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin medallions
Schwartz for Chef Blackened Cajun Seasoning
10 8” floured baps
Schwartz for Chef Smoky Mesquite BBQ Seasoning
Coleslaw to serve

Method
Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Coat the chicken in Schwartz for Chef Cajun Seasoning and Fry for 4-5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked throughout. Mix the coleslaw with Schwartz for Chef Smoky Mesquite BBQ Seasoning to taste. Serve the chicken hot in a floured bap with a spoonful of the seasoned coleslaw and serve.
