Vietnamese food becoming more popular

Coriander is found in most Vietnamese dishes

There are so many different ways for professional caterers to bring something distinctive and new to their restaurant's menu that it can be overwhelming.

However, one of the best ways in which to do this could be to take a lead from the culinary traditions of other cultures.

A basic technique of stir-frying vegetables involves heating garlic in the pan first - and cinnamon is also used as a slightly sweeter spice very often.

So don't be afraid to appropriate these methods for your own meals!
