Tikka Mix


A blend of Indian spices, oregano and lemon.

Uses in the Kitchen
Make a tikka paste by mixing 1 tbsp Tikka Mix, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp honey and 3 tbsp natural yoghurt and use as a marinade for chicken, beek or lamb. Spread tikka paste over chicken and cook. Use to fill mini naan breads and serve with mango chutney, lettuce and a drizzle of yoghurt.
