Uses in the Kitchen
Mix with sea salt and add to hot pan-fried nuts for an unusual snack. Shake over stir-fried vegetables or into curries 10 minutes before end of cooking.

Origins
Garam Masala means 'warm spice blend' and is an aromatic blend of Indian spices traditionally stirred into curries at the end of cooking to further enhance the warm, spicy flavours.
