Uses in the Kitchen
Make a sauce out of double cream, shallots, green peppercorns and a shot of vodka. Serve over salmon with a squeeze of fresh lime. For a Jamaican dessert, pan fry sliced bananas in butter, flambe with rum and add double cream and green peppercorns.
