A classic blend of french style herbs : Marjoram, Oregano, Thyme, Rosemary, Basil and Tarragon.

Uses in the Kitchen
Add to sea salt and cracked black pepper and use as a rub for rack of lamb. Use as a garnish for goats cheese, red onion and black olive tart. Mix with sun-dried tomatoes, olive oil and cooked couscous for a Mediterranian crust for salmon.

Origins
Marjoram, Oregano, Thyme, Rosemary, Basil, Tarragon come all from the Meditteranean.
