Toasted Cajun Tuna Sandwich
- 50 grams Blackened Cajun Seasoning
- 2 red peppers, finely diced
- 250 grams Bicks Crunchy Sweetcorn Relish
- 100 grams sweetcorn
- 100 grams Cheddar cheese, grated
- 10 slices bread
- 75 grams cheese for sprinkling
Mix the filling ingredients together and use to top the bread slices.
Sprinkle with extra cheese and place under a pre-heated grill for 2-3 minutes until the cheese has melted.
Serve with Mesquite Coleslaw, crisps and tomatoes.
